Bought these waders for what seemed like a solid price, but no discount makes up for a broken product. Second time out, I actually got in the water past a few inches, and they started leaking at the seams in multiple spots. Both ankles were dripping when water got up to my knees, and the crotch area started leaking once I was waist deep. This was basically the first real water test, so it was clearly a manufacturing issue. When I reached out to Frogg Toggs about it, they just pointed me toward some third party repair shop they supposedly knew about. Not exactly the customer service response I was hoping for on a $270 product that failed immediately.

Jacket I ordered claimed to be waterproof but honestly isn't. Since it was past the warranty period, I decided to contact them anyway with photos showing the issue. I sent over pictures pretty quickly, and they came back within minutes saying sorry, warranty is expired so that's that. The pictures clearly showed the material had no damage or visible wear, so I figured maybe a real person might actually help out. Apparently not. There's a big difference between waterproof and water resistant, and if that's what you're advertising as waterproof, that should be what customers actually get. Won't be ordering from them again.

Absolutely the worst job I've ever had. They bring in all their workers through temp agencies instead of hiring directly. After sticking it out for about a year, I got promoted to department manager handling the packing and shipping area, which was basically just more responsibility without any pay bump. My wage stayed flat at $8.50 per hour the entire time, while newer hires in the same department were getting $10 an hour from the start. The coworkers were genuinely nice people, but anyone working on the production floor gets treated poorly and paid way too little. I was fortunate to land another job paying much better, but a lot of my former coworkers weren't as lucky. Oh, and they used to sell umbrellas that would actually leak on customers, which is probably why those got dropped real quick.
