Extremely disappointed with the backstage pass subscription. I joined on Black Friday with the understanding that I could stop anytime before the holidays arrived. The sales rep told me I'd get the first month for free and just needed to ring them before that period ended to stop. When I called the customer service line about a week before the holidays to cancel, the representative pushed back hard, even suggesting they could lower my rate instead. After I refused again, she abruptly said she'd stop the service and ended the conversation with no confirmation or receipt. That should have been my warning sign. I still got charged twelve dollars at the end of December and again in January after supposedly canceling. When I phoned back today to handle it properly and cancel with verification, they still won't refund me. According to them, there's no record of my earlier cancellation call. Would I honestly make this up? Never had this issue before and won't forget it. They've lost my loyalty along with whoever manages their billing system. On top of that, the magazines they enrolled me in are also charging monthly fees. I've spent far more than I ever would have saved.
