The yoga mat started falling apart after just a couple months. When I use it, pieces of the colored pattern come off and scatter all over like confetti. The mat is also super slippery on the floor. Total garbage product.
Bought one of their premium yoga mats about two months ago for $75 and have only used it 19 times in bare feet. The top is completely worn through in several spots and it's basically trash. Their website claims lifetime warranty but when I contacted them they offered a 20% discount instead, saying the damage is just normal wear and tear. A quality mat shouldn't fall apart after a few dozen uses. I've had plenty of other mats that never did this. Awful quality and zero helpful customer support.
