The print didn't match the photo quality at all. The representative I spoke with mentioned it only comes in whole sizes and is made in Brazil, known for good craftsmanship, but this particular shoe felt poorly made. I own about 20 driving shoes in size 9B from brands like Cole Haan, Trask, JCrew, and Gucci, and I've never paid this much for a driving shoe that didn't fit properly. The craftsmanship quality has dropped significantly since I bought my first pair of weejuns back in the 1970s. Very disappointing. Plus, the customer service interaction made me not want to shop with them again at all.
Boots Fell Apart Quickly. The boots came apart at the sole after just a couple weeks of light wearing. The craftsmanship is really poor.

The person who answered sounded very young and was clearly working from home with dogs barking and kids screaming in the background. She seemed confused about what she was doing and kept asking me what steps to take, like she wasn't sure of the process. I was skeptical that my cancellation would actually be processed and my money returned. It was incredibly unprofessional. I'm certain I'll need to contact my bank about this.
