Really disappointed with the customer service here. I've been a loyal customer buying their prisme foundation for years. In July, I mistakenly ordered the matte version instead of my usual one and realized the mistake when it came. I returned it within 14 days, completely unused, no problem. Two months later, it randomly gets redelivered to me without any notice. I realized I never got my refund, so I asked about starting a return. They did an 'investigation' and decided not to refund me because the product box was 'opened' somehow, which doesn't even make sense to me or affect whether the product itself could be resold. For a luxury brand, this is really disappointing. The product is in mint condition but I won't use the matte formula since it doesn't work for my skin. Found a better option from another brand anyway. Too bad because I loved the prisme line, but I'm done with Givenchy.

I ordered something on April 3rd from their official site. Unfortunately it was shipped to the wrong address. I right away contacted their customer service team and they supposedly opened an investigation. It's now been over two weeks. Best experience overall! I've placed 3 orders and been really happy each time. Had a small issue with my first two orders regarding missing gift items, but I just called their customer service and it got taken care of within a few days. Everything's packed nicely, ships quickly, comes with beautiful gift packaging and smells amazing. The quality is outstanding! One of my go-to websites and beauty brands for makeup and skincare.
