Skip their cosmetics line entirely. While their lifestyle products might work for some people, Goop's beauty and skincare products come with a lot of pseudoscience behind them. They push trendy stuff that isn't really the best choice for your skin.

The quality doesn't justify the premium price tag. Specifically, that cheeky candle with the provocative name that's supposed to smell like geranium, bright citrus, and cedar mixed with rose and ambrette didn't smell good at all. The scent gets completely overpowered by black soot coming from the wick or the wax blend. For the price I paid you shouldn't have to sacrifice your home's appearance. The candle is in the trash but now I need to repaint my ceiling. My white linens got covered in soot and had to go to the cleaners. Compared to other nice candles I've purchased, this is by far the worst quality. What started as funny and entertaining with friends has stopped being amusing. The amount of soot this produces rivals what you'd inhale on public transit, which means it's low quality and probably bad for your health. Don't waste your money. There are much better options out there.

Seriously, you'd be nuts not to try their skincare products. Their support team picks up immediately when you reach out. I'm happy with all my purchases from them. They've made the whole process really painless.
