This is the second time in two years that a delivery driver has damaged my front door, and the company has completely refused to take responsibility or even offer a refund for the damaged box. It's pretty unacceptable customer service considering I've been a loyal customer for nearly a decade. Don't believe their public responses either, they haven't offered any compensation whatsoever, and when the same thing happened before, nothing was resolved despite me doing everything right. I ended up paying over 200 to fix the door myself. It's really disappointing how they treat their long-time customers.

I'm a big fan of this service. The meal options are inventive and really interesting.
