What Shoppers Say About Gracious Style
Gracious Style is rated 1.2 out of 5 by 21 shoppers, and the overwhelming majority of reviews are highly negative. Customers report serious operational problems including orders that never arrive with tracking that stops updating, inability to contact the company through any channel, items shown on the website that are not actually in stock, and refund denials. Shoppers also describe receiving products of poor quality that do not match website images, and some report their reviews were rejected when they attempted to leave honest feedback. A very small number of reviews praise the company for event planning services, though this appears disconnected from the core retail operation that dominates the negative feedback.
The pattern of complaints suggests systemic issues with order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service responsiveness. Multiple shoppers describe feeling scammed after providing payment for items that could not be shipped or receiving merchandise far below expectations. The lack of accessible customer support channels is a recurring complaint that prevents customers from resolving problems. Based on the volume and consistency of negative experiences, most shoppers would not recommend this retailer.

Sorted by: Most recentGot a fancy collectible piece delivered without any packaging or paperwork to verify it's authentic. It was supposed to be a gift but now it just looks like something from a chain store. Support said that's how they do things, no boxes and no certificates included. Hard to believe the manufacturer approves of selling their stuff this way.
One of the bowls arrived with a manufacturing crack that didn't show until after washing when water got into it. The box looked fine so I didn't keep the packaging. Now they won't cover it because they want UPS to file the claim, but that makes no sense since this is a factory defect not a shipping problem. Really disappointing for what's supposed to be a high end home goods place. Would not recommend.
Don't order from them again. I called and emailed first to make sure I could get something before my husband's birthday. They promised by phone and email they could make it happen, even from their warehouse on the east coast. I followed up multiple times. Despite paying for rush delivery, they shipped it ground taking ten days and it missed the date. Multiple phone calls and emails didn't help. This is unacceptable. Pay a bit more and use a company that actually follows through on commitments.
Major scam, do not buy from here. Ordered expensive glasses as a gift and paid extra thinking it was $55 for rush shipping. They arrived completely shattered. Sent them eight emails with pictures attached and got nothing back. Only when I said I'd charge it back and leave bad reviews did they suddenly respond, claiming they had no record of my emails. Then after sending ten more photos they finally fixed it. But I still have those first emails with photos included. Then seven days after getting the busted package, another charge hit my card for over $60 that I never authorized. This place is pure fraud. Their products aren't even unique, just drop shipped from other sites you can buy from directly. Wish I'd done that instead.
Placed an order for flatware and got charged right away. Month later the order still shows unshipped and I can't get any real answers from support about what's going on. This site has serious issues and I won't be back.
Bought a limited edition holiday ornament and accidentally ordered two instead of one. Called to return the extra and they said okay but there'd be a 20% restocking charge plus shipping fees even though they were keeping one anyway. So I got the label, paid to ship it back, and then they removed the free shipping credit I originally got. Reported the whole situation to the maker and they apologized, saying they'd talk to management. Haven't seen any changes. Never had a company treat returns this way before.
Skip this company. I ordered a specific tablecloth but received the wrong one. To get the right one they wanted me to photograph the wrong item first, then they'd supposedly have their warehouse team send me a return label. Days have gone by since I started and nothing's happened. I doubt I'll ever actually get what I paid for at this point.
Reading all the other complaints, I'm not alone. Gracious Style is anything but gracious. Here's what happened: sent me completely wrong flatware even though it was crystal clear what I ordered from the product name and photo. Pure carelessness. The person helping me won't sign their name to emails so you never know who you're talking to. Their site won't even load my order so I can arrange to send the stuff back. Email them and cross your fingers they actually solve it. Management and everyone there clearly don't care about fixing problems. Look somewhere else to save yourself the headache.
Bought a nightstand and after about six weeks the finish started peeling in one corner. Caught it with my pocket when I sat down and it chipped off. When I reached out about the defect they refused to take responsibility, saying it's not their issue that they sold a faulty product. They stand by nothing they sell.
Terrible company. They give wrong info about when things will arrive. They'll charge you even when the order's only partially filled. Mess up the shipment and somehow it becomes your job to handle returns and pay for return shipping. Got zero help from anyone. The staff was rude when I did manage to reach them. Even went up the chain and got nowhere.
