By October I was stuck trying to get a human on the phone. Emails came back automated or not at all. Called over and over and got disconnected every time. Meanwhile a pending charge sat on my card. Only when I threatened to report them for fraud did someone actually respond, saying the order was already canceled. I told them I wanted the product and just needed real information. Their reply was basically sorry it's canceled, thanks for shopping. This feels like a scam based on all the other complaints about the same issues.
