The follow-up experiences were so much better and my issue got completely resolved that I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4. The products themselves are fine but I had a really bad customer service experience on the phone when trying to change my shipping address. The representative clearly didn't want to help and made me ask tons of questions just to figure out what options I had for updating my address. Her attitude and unwillingness to assist was pretty disappointing.
Don't buy from here if you value getting what you pay for. I never received my car seat for my son who was ready to transition to a toddler seat. We called to let them know it didn't arrive and asked about a refund since my husband ended up purchasing one that same day. They refused without his receipt and said they'd just redeliver the item. Instead they sent the replacement to my old address. This company is really bad at business and they will absolutely not give you your money back. It's basically theft. STAY AWAY.
The car seats are absolutely terrible. The headrest rattle is so bad that it would absolutely drive a child with autism or sensory sensitivities insane. Just driving in the car without my granddaughter in it was driving me up the wall. I spoke to Graco about it and they had absolutely no solutions. They just told me that headrest rattle is how they're designed. Well my previous car seat and my new one don't rattle like this so what do you say to that Graco? How can you justify selling a baby seat that rattles this badly knowing it could cause problems for a sensitive child? It's completely unacceptable. Their customer service response was terrible too. Graco needs to fix this or take these car seats off the market. I have video footage of my granddaughter struggling with the noise. It was absolutely awful.
These car seats are really bad. The headrest rattles constantly and it's so loud that a kid with autism or sensory issues would absolutely lose it having to hear that noise the whole drive. The rattle was driving me crazy just sitting in the car without my granddaughter even in it. I complained to Graco but they had zero solutions. They basically just said that's how they are and that's the way they're made. Well, my old car seat and the new one I just got don't rattle like this so what's your explanation Graco? How is it okay to sell a baby seat that rattles so badly it could upset a sensitive child? That's not acceptable at all. Their customer service response was awful. They need to fix this issue or stop selling these car seats. I even recorded video of my granddaughter reacting to the noise. It was really upsetting.
I accidentally bought the wrong stroller and wanted to return it for a different one. They wouldn't let me exchange it and forced me to do a full return instead. Then they never actually refunded my money even though they insist they did. I'm really careful about tracking my expenses and they even told me a specific date when the refund supposedly went through, but there's nothing in my account. Now they won't respond to any of my messages. I'm done with their products and I've told everyone I know to avoid them too. You'd be smart to do the same.
I bought a pack n play without realizing they come in different sizes. I got it from Bed Bath & Beyond before they closed, so I can't get my online receipt anymore. Now that I have my first grandchild, I can't even use it. I tried to buy a foam mattress to fit inside but discovered mine was an uncommon small size. The pack n play is brand new but Graco won't help without a receipt. All I have is the $183 charge on my credit card statement. I'll never buy Graco products again. They refused to assist me at all, and I can't produce a receipt from a store that's out of business. This product is basically useless to me now.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. Their customer support team is absolutely terrible. They straight up lie to you and claim things are resolved when they're actually not. I ordered a high chair sent to the wrong address and called right away. They said there was nothing they could do - the order was locked and couldn't be changed or canceled. They told me to wait for it to ship and then FedEx would reroute it for me. After multiple calls to different representatives, someone finally claimed they'd contacted FedEx and had it successfully redirected to my actual address. That was a complete lie. I contacted FedEx myself and nothing had been done. The package is still heading to North Carolina, which is 9 hours away from where I live. I will never order from their website again.
Their customer service is really bad. I like Graco products but I won't be ordering from them anymore. I never got my stroller and never received a refund either. When you call their support team they have terrible attitudes and it's obvious they don't care about their job. Nothing is getting done to fix this situation. There's no way to talk to a manager or escalate the issue. If you need a Graco item try buying from Target or Amazon instead. They match prices and their customer service actually works.
I got a defective stroller from the big box store. Contacted Graco and we resolved it right away. They organized a pickup and sent me a brand new replacement at zero cost to me. Fantastic service. Very grateful.
