I placed another order specifically for my model number and got the wrong wire again. I've tried contacting customer service twice now and haven't gotten any responses. I either need the correct wire or a refund for both orders. I have my reference number if anyone wants to look into this.
I bought a Graco product that required a specific accessory to work properly. Later I realized this accessory wasn't available in Canada so I decided to return it. I'd bought it on Amazon.ca but had already thrown away the box and their return window had closed. I reached out to Graco's customer service team. They were really helpful and got back to me quickly. They even sent me a return label so I could send the product directly to Graco for a full refund. I was honestly shocked and really pleased with how they handled it.
I ordered 2 expensive car seats from their website that are supposed to last 10 years from the manufacture date. One of them was already 15 months old when it got to me. I asked for a newer seat but they said no. Car seats have a 3 year shelf life and they won't guarantee you won't get one that's 3 years old, which means you might not actually get the full 10 years of use. I wasn't allowed to reorder the exact seats I originally picked at the price I paid. I ended up having to buy cheaper alternatives because the ones I wanted cost $100 more than my original order. Make sure you check the manufacture date when your order arrives. If it's more than a year old send it back. I also tried posting a critical review on their website and they rejected it because it wasn't positive.
