I called four times trying to get them to send the other two pairs or refund me, but every time I got stuck talking to an AI system. The AI wouldn't let me speak to a real person and kept telling me to wait for a callback in two days. That was eleven days ago and I still don't have an answer.
If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. This has to be the shadiest outfit I've ever bought from. I returned the shoes the day I received them because they didn't fit right and waited forever with no refund. When I emailed asking what was going on, they told me the insoles weren't in the box. But everything was there, the tags were still on. They're not being honest.
I barely wore these shoes and they fell apart. Completely fell apart. When I contacted the company with photos, they said since it had been more than 60 days since I bought them, they couldn't do an exchange or take them back.

I bought a pair of shoes for over $100. They delivered them to the wrong address even though they had my correct one on file. I know because they delivered to the correct address just one month before. I spent an hour on their website listening to them explain why they wouldn't refund me or fix it. They basically said they use a third party shipper and it's not their problem that a mistake was made. My question is, who took my hundred dollars? They did. Who got the shoes? I didn't. They wouldn't make it right. I talked to a bot, then a low-level employee, then a supervisor. Everyone just said too bad. That was their answer.
I've been a customer here for over 13 years and bought more than 10 pairs. Never needed to return anything until this last order. It was absolutely terrible. You can't get through to talk to a real person, I called several times. I wanted to do an exchange but it was impossible. Ended up having to use email and went back and forth about 10 times. Dropped the shoes off for return on October 1st and still no refund. Even after they supposedly escalated my case to management, the return showed up five days ago and still nothing. I did like the shoes, which is why I kept coming back, but the way they handle returns and customer service is so bad that it's just not worth dealing with. I'm done with them.
SCAM ALERT! I ordered three pairs of shoes and only got two. I've been messaging with their AI customer service for more than a week. Finally they sent an email saying the missing pair would ship out. But when the box arrived, I found two bottles of hand soap and some giant plastic container I have no clue what it's for. I have never experienced a scam this blatant from any retailer. I'm shocked. They're running ads all over Instagram and Facebook probably because they're dumping inventory they don't actually have. I wish I could upload pictures of what showed up and the packing slips that clearly said two pairs of shoes, nothing else. This is a scam operation.
Wow. I thought I was the only one dealing with absolutely terrible customer service! The shoes themselves are really good, but their service is just awful. This business doesn't operate professionally at all. The owner refuses to pay vendors on time and threatens them, sometimes going three months without paying. Based on how they treat the people they work with, I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
I've purchased multiple pairs of shoes from this company before. This latest time I made a mistake and sent my order to an address where I used to live since I'd just moved. When I called customer service, the person told me there wasn't anything they could do. I sent three separate emails and got nothing back.
