These are basically two tiny plastic components with some screws that cost almost nothing to make. I went to a local car shop and found a pack of six with pairs of each color for only £2. It's not hard to see why so many people call them overpriced.

Looking for register plate covers to prevent rust on my fasteners. Their cheapest option for a pair ran £6.99. Jackson M working at the Stockport branch was a huge help finding the right tools I needed for changing my car battery. He's truly a valuable member of that team. That said, their customer support hotline was pretty bad. I called to find out how to leave positive feedback for Jackson and the person asked me if I was calling the right company. I was on their own customer service line! The store team is fantastic, but the phone support needs serious improvement.

Sasha and Danial at the Tottenham Hale store were incredibly kind and helpful when I shopped with them. I grabbed something from them but ran into trouble getting it set up, so I came back to the store. They tried their hardest to make it work, but turned out the product wasn't quite right. They gave me my money back without any issues, and while I was getting my card, they even helped fix a problem I was having with my bike at no charge to them. It's nice to see people who genuinely care. Really grateful for these two!
