Jahid working at the Halifax location was fantastic. I needed front wipers installed and paid for the fitting service. Once they started, the recommended wipers turned out to be the wrong fit for my car and weren't in stock. Adding to the hassle, I didn't bring my debit card, so getting a refund meant coming back another time. Jahid was resourceful and suggested other places nearby where I could source the right wipers. After my quick run out, I came back and asked if he could help me install the ones I found. Jahid stepped up and had them fitted in about a minute when it would've taken me much longer. He didn't have to do any of this, but given the situation and my having to make another trip with my card anyway, it was a really kind move. Jahid showed so much patience and gave fantastic service. I hope someone passes this along. Much appreciated.

To make things trickier, I'd left my payment card at home, meaning I'd need to come back for a refund. Without hesitation, he swapped them on for me in about a minute, which would've taken me way longer to figure out. He really didn't owe me this favor, but with everything that happened and having to make a return trip anyway, it felt wonderful. Jahid was patient, kind, and truly went the extra step. Got assistance from Ali at the Ashton Under Lyne location when I had battery trouble. He delivered expert advice and really knew his stuff about the products and warranty details. He took time to walk me through the whole process step by step. I couldn't ask for better service. Ali is someone I'd recommend and the whole branch is worth visiting just for the quality of help you get.

Visited the Crossley branch in Kidderminster to get a winter safety check on my car. Right from the start, Kris was courteous and helpful, pointing out that a Halfords membership would cover the check at no charge. Perfect timing since I had the membership, so I saved money and used it toward car mats I'd been needing. Next, Kallum completed the actual check, first asking if I had any specific worries about the vehicle. He completed the full inspection and everything looked good. Now I feel much more confident about the road trip I've got planned. Both team members kept me updated throughout and were really accommodating. A big thank you to Kris and Kallum for delivering such good service.

Stopped by the Crossley branch in Kidderminster for a winter check on my vehicle. Kris greeted me at the counter with genuine politeness and helpfulness, mentioning that Halfords members get the check done free. Turned out I qualified, so I used those savings to pick up some car floor mats I needed. Kallum then handled the inspection itself, asking what concerns I had about the car first. He ran through everything thoroughly and found no issues, which really boosted my confidence before a long trip I have coming up. Went to the Aylesford retail park shop and a young woman named Elle was absolutely wonderful in helping me out and really going above and beyond. I'll definitely be going back there.

Went to the Bournemouth location today and Des took care of me right away. Within about 10 minutes, he fixed my windshield wipers and I was back driving! Really professional guy and great to talk with. Appreciate the help.

Really impressed by the service at the Burgess Hill location. Lettie put on my new windscreen wipers with speed and real professionalism. I've consistently gotten excellent service from this branch.
