This program is the worst thing I've used. You spend hours making a card and then it crashes and you lose everything. They take your money and offer nothing for customer support. Do yourself a favor and avoid this card software completely.
My wife was about to order some items from the catalog and discovered that the prices had jumped way up. What was supposed to cost $214 suddenly rang in at $304. They blamed it on tariffs, but I'm skeptical. Feels more like they're taking advantage of the situation and using tariffs as cover. Pretty letdown with how Hallmark handled this.
Visited a Hallmark location on the second of January. The staff member was incredibly rude and disinterested. Every question I asked got met with an eye roll and obvious resentment. She gave off a real 'I don't want to be here' vibe. Hands down one of the most dismissive employees I've encountered. If she's still working there, I'm not coming back. There are plenty of people out there who'd actually appreciate having a job.

Waited in the checkout line for over two minutes. Then a lady walked up behind me and a sales associate immediately helped her while I was still standing there. My own associate never even asked if I had coupons and didn't seem friendly either. It was really frustrating. I won't be going back to that location again.

I doubt this will even be published. It's unbelievable that they asked me to review something they never sent. Hallmark has messed up all three orders I've placed and every single attempt to fix things has been a nightmare. The ornaments are cheap, overpriced, and the customer support is nonexistent. They probably won't even let this review post because of the criticism, which tells you everything you need to know.
