I placed an order for a size 42 and received size 44 instead. They claimed it was the European size, but I've never experienced this issue with international orders before. Getting someone on customer service is a nightmare - they're constantly on break. Reaching them took several attempts and multiple calls. They said the return was free, but surprise - it wasn't free at all and I still had to cover shipping costs even though they promised otherwise. When I tried to follow up, good luck getting through again. Really upset that their error ended up costing me money. I can't recommend ordering from their website.

I ordered several pairs of Havaianas and one arrived defective. The straps were twisted and when I wore them they cut into my foot, causing real pain. After just 5 minutes of walking they would start breaking the skin. I filed a complaint through their website form and got this response: they said the straps aren't actually defective, they just need adjustment by hand. Apparently since rubber is flexible, the straps lose their shape in the box. Their suggestion? Just position them how they should be and clip them down overnight. Or use a hair dryer to speed things up. This is completely unacceptable. They're telling me I have to fix their faulty product myself. That's not how quality control should work.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Their customer service is terrible. Plus if your order comes in the wrong size they won't exchange it because they don't want to cover the shipping cost.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE I got 3 pairs and only 1 was correct. The second pair was damaged. They told me I could keep it and they'd send a refund eventually, though who knows when that'll actually happen. The third pair came in the wrong size - I ordered size 35 and got size 33. The website's size chart clearly shows UK size 3 is a 35, which is what I ordered based on my UK sizing. They keep insisting I ordered European size 35 which is false. There's nothing on the site saying I was ordering European sizes. They refuse to acknowledge the mistake and won't issue a refund even though I sent them pictures proving the size is wrong. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company. These people are trying to rip you off and don't care at all. Use a credit card if you absolutely must order from here so you have buyer protection.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My order took a full week to ship when they advertise 48-hour dispatch. I pointed this out and got a rude response filled with wrong information about my order. Nearly 3 weeks later and my shoes still haven't shown up. Their most recent email said delivery was happening that day but nothing arrived. Just useless from start to finish.

Shocking experience with their customer service. I ordered 2 pairs in size 38 and they sent size 36. Emails go unanswered. Finally managed to reach someone on what I thought was a UK number, but it turned out to be Italy. They asked me to send a picture of the shoes, so I did. Still nothing. Tried emailing again. After reading all these reviews I'm not expecting to hear back anytime soon. I'm absolutely done shopping with them.
