Well, after two months it still smelled terrible. Their office told me to send it back and offered to ship me the larger model while waiting. I already have that bulky one and just wanted a refund instead. Nope, they won't refund even though their product doesn't work. Better to save your money. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau hoping that'll get me my cash back.
Big thanks to Kayla and her entire crew. I own a bunch of your products and honestly can't get enough of them. Just received your styling tool on Sunday and it's hands down the best I've ever had. You folks have created something special and I'm grateful to finally own something that does everything I need.
We have to give props to Nebi at this company. My daughter and I both have thick Asian hair and we're fans because Nebi takes real time with every detail of the cut and styling. She gives honest feedback about what'll actually look good on you. Definitely five stars for her work.
Their products are solid and I'm a believer in what the CEO Kayla is doing. They really make an effort to fix things when something goes wrong. I've been purchasing from them for three years straight and that's not changing. No other styling tools for me.
Skip these products. After a year, the heating element tips snapped off my brush and they're refusing to repair or replace it despite the lifetime warranty. They're calling it normal wear and tear, but even their own customer service person admitted the exact same thing happened to her brush, which clearly shows it's a manufacturing defect. Don't expect them to honor that warranty. I could've grabbed a basic straightener from a big box store for twenty bucks and just replaced it.
Legit business for sure. Everything arrived when promised, was packaged securely, and nothing came damaged. The purple shampoo and conditioner work incredibly well and it's the first blonde shampoo I've used that doesn't leave my hair dry. The leave-in conditioner smells wonderful and shields my hair from heat styling damage without being heavy or greasy on my fine, color-treated hair. You can even find discount codes online if you search around.
