My mom called to report what happened and the customer service lady she was speaking with hung up on her without warning, even though my mom was being totally calm about explaining the situation. She called back and was told that returning the item was her responsibility and then maybe they'd look into refunding something they shouldn't have charged in the first place. An elderly woman got fraudulently charged and was treated rudely. It's disgusting how they handle things.
Absolutely waste your time and money elsewhere. My package never showed up despite paying eighteen dollars for shipping, and when I tried to call about it, the address on file was incorrect. Instead of helping me work through the problem as a new customer, they just told me what I already knew: it got returned to the sender. I'm still being charged for the shipping because it technically did go out. Then they mentioned there might be a restocking charge since it was a bigger order. After getting nowhere with customer support, they suggested I could shop their Saint Patrick's Day sale to make up for it. When I expressed shock about the potential restocking fee, they explained they're a small company. Well, then step up your game.

My package arrived with junk mail mixed right in with my items, which was pretty unprofessional. The sizing labels on their crochet hooks are also confusing and misleading. I ordered what was labeled as a Prym G-6 hook thinking it would be 6mm, but it turned out to be 4mm instead. That's a pretty significant mix-up.

Don't bother with this company. Their returns process is an absolute nightmare. They shipped us something we never even ordered, we returned it to them, yet we keep getting charged. After multiple phone calls where they claim it takes months to process returns and tell us to ignore the charges, they're now threatening to send us to collections over an item we returned months ago. This is completely unacceptable.
The shipping costs are outrageous! Nearly fourteen dollars to send a small package from Wisconsin all the way to South Carolina? Every other retailer offers free shipping these days. On top of that, I'm getting bombarded with multiple promotional emails every single day. That's it for me.
