Pretty let down by what they offer here. Honestly, YouTube Premium gives you way better options when you've got all those Time Team seasons plus tons of other stuff available. On top of that, if you want to stop your membership with History Hit, good luck figuring out how to do it because the process is unnecessarily complicated.

Subscribed to History Hits but couldn't get the channel to load properly so I cancelled the fourteen day free trial the very next day. Tried again with a different email address and ran into the same problems, so I cancelled that trial too by calling their support line. They've charged me twice and after all my emails they're refusing to fix it correctly. In one reply they said they'd cancel one subscription, but I told them I needed both cancelled. It's now past the refund deadline and I haven't gotten anything back. I'm on a fixed income and losing a hundred twenty dollars like this is devastating. They promised a two week trial period and didn't honor it. This feels like a straight up scam.

Outstanding variety of history-related podcasts here. Works great when you're stuck in traffic or just want something to listen to during downtime. The presenters are engaging and really know how to bring historical events to life. Full of great details and interesting stories. Love the whole thing.

This is a great discovery for someone like me who loves history. I've only gotten through a couple shows so far but I'm definitely planning to dig deeper into the library soon. The website is user friendly and the material is really solid. My only wish is that they'd expand beyond mostly UK and European topics and add more stuff about other parts of the world.
