Sorted by: Most recentThey're super slow getting orders out the door but lightning fast charging your card. Everything seems to be run by automation and there's basically no real customer support. They sent me an email saying my order shipped when it was still sitting there processing 5 days later. I tried to cancel and get my money back but their automated rep said they'd try but couldn't promise anything since it was supposedly being processed. That's ridiculous. Companies need to be upfront about how long shipping actually takes. Weather and delays happen sure but this wasn't one of those situations. I'm done ordering from them.
Placed my order on November 30th and got a shipping notification on December 4th. Turns out they only made the shipping label that day, but my item didn't actually leave until December 13th. It's still on its way. To Homage: Just printing a label doesn't mean the item shipped!
Got both items in about a week and they fit great. Really happy with my hoodie and long sleeve shirt. I was worried after seeing some negative reviews online but my order turned out perfect. Would definitely buy from them again.
Pretty solid products. The clothing quality is great and it shows up fast. The designs look amazing and the material is top notch. The one thing that bothered me is the sizing runs huge, like a full size bigger than their chart says. Maybe that's intentional, but either way I'm ordering again just grabbing a smaller size next time.
I ordered to ship to the UK and then made the mistake of reading reviews after placing my order. Some people mentioned delivery problems so I got nervous, but I kept my fingers crossed anyway. Turns out I had nothing to worry about since everything arrived safely in about 7 to 9 days with full tracking from Texas to my place. The items look beautiful, really high quality, and came nicely packaged. I had a terrible experience with UPS in the UK before so I specifically avoided them and picked USPS instead, which worked perfectly. I honestly think a lot of the negative feedback here is really about UPS UK problems and not the company itself. I'd suggest they drop the UPS UK option so it doesn't hurt their reputation over here since there are great Christian streetwear options out there and this company is worth supporting. From my own experience I'd definitely recommend their products.
I'd give them zero stars if that was possible. Customer service basically doesn't exist. The chat feature is just an automated bot that sends you messages. There's no actual person on the other end. Then it tells you to expect an email. I never would've ordered if I knew there was no way to talk to a real human being.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't shop here. They messed up my order with the wrong item and then radio silence on emails. You can return it yourself but you have to deal with the online process and then spend your own money driving to the post office even though it was their mistake. It's been the worst shopping experience ever. There's no phone line to call either. I won't be back and I'm telling everyone to avoid this place.
My caregiver was ready to show up but Homage went ahead and cancelled without setting up a replacement. The assigned caregiver confirmed he was available, but I never asked for the cancellation. I've been on hold for over an hour since 9 am, which is apparently their earliest phone time, and still haven't reached anyone at the company. Can't get in touch with anybody.
Hands down the best apparel brand out there. Their stuff is incredibly soft and comfortable plus the prices are really fair. They're always dropping cool promotions and showing appreciation for loyal customers whenever they can. The designs have this awesome throwback vibe that's really fun. Definitely worth checking out.
Had a shipping issue but the team was super nice about it and fixed everything right away. They even threw in an extra shirt for free as a bonus. The prints look crisp and sharp, definitely not blurry, and the tees themselves feel really well made. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
