The new system won't let you update payment info like credit cards, the search tool for finding items is basically useless, and I'm not shopping there anymore. The customer service rep on the phone was actually nice and tried to help me update my card, but even she couldn't do it because the system doesn't allow it. Whoever made the call to switch from the old platform that actually worked deserves some serious criticism. With their sister site Stateline Tack also on this new platform now, both companies are going to lose customers fast because they're just too hard to use.
I'm shocked this business is even still operating with how bad their customer service is.
Found what looked like a great deal on a dog bed here, so I placed an order. A week goes by and I see the order got cancelled through the Shop app. I sent them an email to ask what happened but never heard back. My credit card was refunded, but the lack of any communication is frustrating, and now getting a replacement bed for my pup is pushed back. Really disappointed with the whole experience.
Never got the order I paid for. Instead, they randomly sent me socks two weeks later. Getting customer service to respond took forever, and when they finally did, they said they didn't even have the item in stock. They claimed they'd refund me and let me keep the socks, but the refund never showed up. I had to email them multiple times with zero responses before I finally had my bank file a dispute to get my money back.
Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered boots that didn't fit right and asked about returning them. Radio silence. When I followed up, it took two days to get a reply asking if I wanted them to deduct the shipping label cost from my refund or send them back on my dime. I asked them to provide the label, and then they said I'd get an email from UPS in a couple days with it. That was over two weeks ago. I've tried reaching out multiple times this past week and nobody's responding anymore. A real business answers all emails within 24 hours, period. They get two stars only because the initial delivery was actually quick, which is the only positive thing about dealing with them. Seems like they're stalling on crediting my account until the next fiscal year.
Bought a dressage saddle that wasn't the right fit, so I sent it back along with a girth. The return shipping was $170, and it took four weeks before they credited my account. On top of that, they charged me a hundred dollar restocking fee. This company is a complete rip-off. Tell your friends to avoid them.
I needed ulcer medication for my horse urgently, so I paid the extra cost for expedited shipping. They sat on the order for 4 days before actually processing it for shipment. Still waiting for it to arrive and my horse is suffering in the meantime.
Don't waste your time with this site. I spent almost two hundred bucks on an order that never even shipped. My sister's Christmas gift ended up being a complete loss because of their failure to deliver.

Most items said they'd ship between 2 to 7 business days, but two weeks later, nothing from my big order has even left the warehouse.
