Picked up the Natasha Pink Loafer and it came super fast and nicely packaged. Honest to goodness, these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. The quality is fantastic. Had foot surgery and couldn't wear any of my other nice shoes, so I took a chance on these. I'm absolutely thrilled with them. Great job by this brand, love them.
Not worth the headache. It took two months to finally get my refund sorted out. The shoes themselves are okay but the customer service is beyond terrible. I had delivery problems and they basically told me to handle it with the postal service myself. Their lack of concern was shocking. The whole experience has turned me off completely and I won't be going back.
Unfortunately ordered four pairs of the same size. Wanted to return one because the straps don't fit my feet right while the other three are fine. They said that's my problem and charged me for returns. Took over a week, two emails and a phone call just to get that answer. There are plenty of other shoe retailers out there with much better return policies.
They're comfortable to wear but the build quality is terrible. My right shoe started falling apart after only a year, with the sole cracking through in multiple spots. My foot was getting soaked. I also had to fix a seam that started splitting before that happened.
Seems like everyone's got the same story about their terrible customer service. I've always been loyal to the brand and never had problems until recently. Bought a pair of Matias Brogues and the first set fell apart within days. The replacement lasted about half a year with light wear. This model clearly has a design problem but they won't do anything about it. It's not what it used to be. Save your cash and go with a company that actually cares about their customers.
We bought a bag from their store a few months back for my daughter to take with her abroad. After a couple months the zipper stopped working properly. When she came back and we took it to the store where we bought it to ask about repairs, the manager refused to help. A quality brand should stand behind their products and ensure they work as intended. Many other companies put in way more effort to keep their customers happy and protect their reputation.
Stay away from ordering here. This was hands down my worst online shopping experience in more than two decades. My shoes arrived with major defects like bad stitching and visible marks. I emailed them the same day for a return and got nothing. Called on Friday and they claimed they never got my email. I emailed again with no reply. Called a third time and they said no email again, then they emailed me a test message which I got and responded to right away. Still nothing. They kept saying they'd send me a number to message photos to but never did. On the fourth call they said they were still looking for that number. Eventually they emailed saying they were still hunting for it. I even had their social media team reach out twice to customer service on my behalf but they couldn't do anything.
