Ordered a size seven since that's what the site said was in stock. When it got here, a size eight shoe was inside a size seven box. There was no returns paperwork included. Took almost a week of back and forth emails just to get permission to return it. To make matters worse, they said they'd only give me a refund, not send the correct size.

Would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered forty dollar slippers for my dad and they never arrived. Apparently Royal Mail dropped them at a random spot on the street that couldn't be found. Hush Puppies said they looked into it with the post office but couldn't do anything. I paid and got nothing. It's infuriating. I won't be shopping there again.
