I placed my order on December 10th and got confirmation stating it would ship between December 16th and 20th. I contacted them on the 18th and again on the 19th to check on the shipment status. They finally answered that it hadn't shipped yet but promised delivery by the 24th. I reached out again on the 22nd and they said it would be out by the 23rd for the 24th delivery. Today I found out it still hasn't shipped and they've got hundreds of other orders backed up. They're saying they'll maybe get it out by December 30th. This is the second time this company has failed me, and the first time was three years ago when I was sending it to my boss. The gift itself was worth nearly $200. It's not about the money, it's about delivering what you promise. They offered me a 20% discount on a future order, but they don't need to worry about me using it. This company needs to step up in 2025 and add a real tracking system to their website, plus get ahead of these ongoing shipping problems.
Stay away from this company. Their customer service representatives are unhelpful and disrespectful. The products don't offer good value for what you pay. And the delivery is just inefficient.
