Heads up everyone. I ordered four pounds of bacon for an event and a week later I still hadn't heard anything. When I finally called, they told me it was out of stock and offered to refund my money. Six days to figure that out is terrible customer service. If you're planning a party and need items from this company, there's a real chance you won't get them. I will never use them again.
This company has the worst customer service I've encountered. I ordered a gift card and then got absolutely nothing in response. No emails, no phone calls, absolutely nothing. I contacted their support team to check on my order and got a vague reply asking for additional information to verify something, though I had no idea what they were even talking about. Days went by with no word from them. Eventually I just cancelled the whole thing and they processed it right away. Whether it's discrimination or sheer incompetence, this was my first and last time dealing with this company. Total waste of my time.
This has hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. This company is a complete mess, honestly. I spent almost $90 on shipping alone for three separate baskets that were supposed to arrive on time. They didn't show up until TWO WEEKS after the promised date. When I called asking to at least get the shipping costs refunded, they tried to brush me off with a $25 gift card to use with them, not actual money back. I said forget it and asked them to just cancel everything since nothing was delivered on schedule anyway. They said they'd cancel and I'd get an email soon. Guess what, no email ever came, no refund, and now they're closed for three days! The incompetence is unbelievable. I'm done with this company for good. Don't put yourself through this headache.
I'd strongly recommend staying away from this retailer. Their customer support is absolutely terrible. I chatted with a customer service rep who said my box was ready but had missed the previous shipment and would go out that same day, which it didn't. Every time I checked FedEx they said they hadn't received the package from this company yet. Since the recipient was traveling, timing was critical. By Friday, which was their last day available, I spent all day trying to get through via chat and phone.

On the 17th I called to get a tracking number and found out my order hadn't shipped at all. After some arguing back and forth, they convinced me to pay an extra $15 for next day delivery, which they guaranteed I'd receive. I still never got a tracking number. When I used another tracking site, I discovered they didn't actually ship until the 18th and delivery wouldn't happen until the 21st. That defeats the entire purpose of why I chose the 18th delivery date and why I paid extra. Poor customer service is bad enough, but making false promises is something else entirely.

I've also told several of my friends about them and they've had equally positive experiences.
