One time I ordered something that was out of stock and they just swapped it out for an even nicer cheese at no extra cost. The key is calling ahead with at least a week's notice if you want delivery within a specific two day window. Every single time I've done that, my order has shown up right on schedule. The packing is great too with custom foam inserts and plenty of ice packs. I've recommended them to friends and they've had just as good an experience as I have.

I've had two really disappointing experiences with this company. The first time they charged extra for expedited shipping due to the perishable nature of the items, but it still showed up late anyway. When I pointed out that the ice packs had melted, they tried to convince me the food was still fine. The second time I tried to pay with a debit card on their website and it didn't go through, so I used PayPal instead. A week later those failed debit charges are still sitting on my account. If I refuse it at my door, I know they'll never refund me. It's dishonest.
