Purchased the HC Steps and really impressed with the quality. Solid construction and works great for helping my dogs get in and out of the camper. Plus when I had questions, the support team was super responsive and helpful.

Very disappointed with their return policy. If a product doesn't match the description, they should accept returns. I get that used items might have restrictions, but for something that's unopened and unused, they should be willing to take it back without the hassle.

Terrible experience with customer service and logistics. My order got delivered to completely wrong location, even shipped to wrong state in Australia. Trying to get iKamper to sort out the pickup has been ongoing for 3 weeks with zero confidence that they have their act together on quality or support. Really doesn't inspire trust. Horrible customer service experience. When the product failed within a few months, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. Spent five grand on something that's not even remotely competitive with other brands out there. They skimp on actual features but charge crazy markups, like a thousand bucks for lights and cork panels you can grab on the internet for pennies. Getting help is nearly impossible with no phone number and responses that take forever. Avoid this company at all costs.

After dropping five thousand on a roof tent, you'd think customer service would actually care if problems pop up. Unfortunately iKamper doesn't. No phone line, emails take days to get responses, and when they do reply it's vague and unhelpful. I needed a simple Allen wrench to remove the tent from my vehicle but got strung along for over a month with nothing but excuses about not having stock. What if my tent has a real problem and I need to get it off my car fast? The whole situation is frustrating. Support was dismissive and unwilling to actually solve anything. Cannot recommend this company to anyone.
