Inkkas Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Inkkas
Inkkas receives sharply divided reviews, with shoppers either praising the comfort and design of the shoes or frustrated by operational failures. Those satisfied consistently highlight exceptional comfort, attractive designs, and responsive customer service, with some loyal repeat customers. Conversely, negative reviews center on serious fulfillment problems including extended delays, backorder miscommunications, and poor responsiveness to return requests, with some customers reporting issues with quality control such as mismatched shoe sizes.
The contrast between five-star and one-star experiences suggests Inkkas excels at product quality and service when operations run smoothly, but struggles significantly during peak periods or when issues arise. Customers who have received their orders report high satisfaction, while those facing delays or defects encounter unresponsive support and difficulty resolving problems.

Sorted by: Most recentThese are hands down the most comfortable shoes I've ever put on. And the customer service is fantastic. Had to send back a pair that was too small and they got me the right size immediately.
Even though I ordered well before the holidays they couldn't even get my order processed, let alone shipped. I reached out to their team so many times and kept getting different excuses about errors and processing delays. I've ordered from them before without these kinds of problems. Seems like something shifted with the company and the quality and support have both gone downhill.
Got myself some boots with a butterfly design that I absolutely loved. But there's a major problem, the right boot is noticeably bigger than the left one. I've reached out three separate times asking for a return label and they haven't responded once. This is unacceptable. I paid over 170 dollars and I can't even get a return label? This is ridiculous.
I was nervous before exchanging my order for a different size because I'd heard some rough stories, so I was prepared to lose either the shoes or my money. Turns out I was wrong. My replacement got here super quick. And once it was finally cool enough to wear them I was really impressed. Spent a whole day in them and they're so comfy. The design is gorgeous and I have no doubts they'll last. Customer service wasn't perfect though since my emails didn't get answers at first, and when they did respond they suggested my messages were in spam which wasn't true. Still overall I'm really satisfied with the purchase. They seem to run small which is why I needed that exchange but that's just my observation.
Been a customer for quite a few years now and I'm really happy with how Inkas treats me.
Look they make cute shoes and all but honestly just don't go there. This place is a mess. I ordered in April thinking they had stock, then days later they say it's backordered until June. Fast forward to late May and suddenly they tell me it's shipped but nothing shows up for weeks. When I finally ask what's going on they apologize and say July delivery now. Then late June hits and they ask me to review something I don't even have yet. I reach out again and surprise, another mistake, they promise mid July shipping. That date comes and goes with zero notification. I have to contact them again and they say oops they forgot to send tracking. All these fake apologies and they even gave me grief for ordering through Facebook even though that's how they market. I asked for expedited shipping and begged them to let my honest review stay visible but nothing. Radio silence. Don't expect them to care because they just don't.

Got my pair today and I'm totally in love with them even though I wish those gray laces weren't included. Such a cool design deserves better shoelaces so I'm swapping for hot pink ones and they'll be perfect. My doctor said I needed arch support shoes but nothing out there caught my eye so I'm just popping some custom inserts in these and they work great and fit right to size. No complaints about the company at all. It did take a minute for delivery which made me nervous since I read you only get one return, but they showed up and I absolutely adore them.
My backpack strap started falling apart so I shot them an email. Within a couple hours they responded saying sorry and that they'd ship me a replacement right away. The boots I ordered are fantastic and I have to say their customer service is excellent.
Really cute looking but wow are they uncomfortable. My feet are naturally narrow and these sneakers are way too tight plus the sole has basically no padding. I tried wearing them for just 4 hours at a time but my feet hurt for days after. They claim you can return things but I can't get anyone from customer service to actually respond to me.
