Sent back a hiking boot because the toe box was too snug. It's been over a month now and I haven't gotten my money back. I've emailed multiple times asking about where my refund is and nobody answers.

Used to love these shoes but they're just not what they used to be. Quality has dropped way off and honestly the customer service experience was frustrating. I had six pairs over time but this last pair was terrible. They arrived damaged and in awful condition. The team tried their best to help but getting them to actually replace them was such a hassle. I got two replacement pairs sent but both had the exact same problem.

About a month back I grabbed the Spirit Bear Runner V.2 and I'm obsessed with it. The artwork is gorgeous, they fit great, and the build quality is solid. Customer service was phenomenal too, they answered my questions within a day. Tracking the order was simple and when I needed a different size they swapped it out with free shipping no problem. Fair warning though that delivery does take a little bit.

I first started buying them years ago because of their one shoe one tree initiative, but I keep coming back because the style and comfort are unbeatable. My closet has Joggers, Slip ons, and Camping boots from them. Looking to grab the Runners next. Got my nephew some of their Kids Slip ons recently and they're now his go to pair. I've read some mixed reviews out there but my experience has been nothing but positive. Seriously can't praise this brand enough.
