What Shoppers Say About Inlinewarehouse
Shoppers appreciate Inlinewarehouse's responsive customer service and willingness to resolve issues quickly, including full refunds and replacements for defective items. The site also earns praise for accepting AfterPay and carrying a good selection of inline skates and components. However, shipping reliability emerges as a significant concern, with multiple reviewers reporting delayed or poorly tracked packages through third-party logistics providers like GLS, leaving customers uncertain about delivery status for days.

Sorted by: Most recentPlaced several orders here ranging from $200-$300 and haven't run into any issues. One time I received a defective set of Iqon wheels, but their support team took care of it right away with a full refund to buy replacements. Really satisfied with how they handle things. Plus being able to pay with AfterPay is a nice perk.
Ordered some wheels five days ago and they shipped out the next day from California to Salt Lake City using GLS, which is a third-party logistics provider. GLS says wheels should normally arrive in 1 to 2 days, but after four days I still don't know where my package is. Their tracking website is pretty useless with vague scan entries and zero helpful info. I've tried their support chat multiple times, but it keeps timing out after a few minutes and directs me to email instead. I sent an email and still haven't heard back. The last I saw, it was scanned at a Boise facility two days ago and has just been sitting in limbo. With the holiday coming up tomorrow, I probably won't get my wheels for a while longer. This whole experience has been really frustrating with zero support. I won't be ordering from here again and can't recommend them to friends either.
Ordered a brake mount for my new skates thinking my old one would work, but it didn't fit. For two days my tracking info wasn't updating, so I called USPS and opened a service request to locate the package. Eventually I had to reach out to InlineWarehouse to ask if they'd send a replacement via overnight shipping at no charge. They told me it should arrive the next day, but when I spoke with a USPS representative, they said the package wasn't scanned out and was likely lost somewhere in their system. My concerns didn't seem to matter. On Friday I was promised it would definitely show up Saturday, so I paid around $40 plus some change for expedited shipping. Turns out they didn't mark it for Saturday delivery in their system, so it won't arrive until Monday when the company is closed anyway. I need a complete refund on both orders right away. It's $95.65 total. The associate who promised me Saturday delivery needs to step up. You guys need to do better.
Their customer service team is fantastic overall. Had an issue with a part that wasn't compatible and needed to return it, which they helped me work through. My only gripe is that the item page didn't catch the incompatibility issue, so I had to go through the hassle of packing it back up and shipping it back. Besides that one hiccup, they were great to work with.
