When you buy something, you want to actually receive it. Communication and help when things go wrong should be basic, not ignored. I've sent multiple follow-up messages with zero response.
Really disappointing for a brand charging premium prices. My shipment went to a pickup location that was barely open, and the courier tried delivering while the place was closed. Since then my package has been stuck there. I made sure the company knew about all the back and forth, but they never answered once. Not a single word. Here's the situation: I paid for my order, I can't get to my package, the courier messed up, and the seller just ignores me. Absolutely terrible service, seriously. I bought wedge sneakers and when it arrived the box said 0.1kg which seemed way too light. I filmed myself opening it to have proof, and sure enough it was completely empty. I sent them all the evidence and details but it's been over a month of them supposedly investigating with the carrier. They should be handling this faster. Not only did I have to scramble to find the sneakers in a physical store since they sold out online elsewhere, but I also had to give my girlfriend her birthday gift late, which was embarrassing. They ruined her birthday, took my money, and won't help.
Don't shop at this company. I washed my sweater once on a gentle cycle and it came out with six holes in it. My sweater cost hundreds of euros. Customer support basically told me there was nothing wrong with it. Yeah right.

Finally got ahold of someone at the company and they told me I'd have to buy it again at full price if I wanted it. The bag isn't even available online anymore and there's no way I'm paying full price for something I already got at half off! Still haven't received my original refund either. UPDATE: PayPal sided with me because they never even replied to PayPal's requests. Totally silent and fishy. This is supposed to be a luxury brand but the customer service is unreal and honestly sketchy. I ordered a skirt that they said was delivered to me personally, which never happened and I didn't sign anything. They claim they let carriers just leave packages at your door, but that's not how carriers work in Europe without explicit permission. It smells like they're gaming the insurance system. Customer service promised a refund but two weeks later still nothing. They're probably waiting for their carrier to reimburse them first. Super unprofessional and the whole thing seems dodgy. They're breaking consumer protection laws by not handling delivery safely like they're supposed to.

Don't waste your money on this brand. The quality just doesn't match the price they're charging at all. I bought a fur-lined jacket and the fur turned green! I contacted both their corporate office and the store where I purchased it, and neither one would help me. Skip this brand entirely.
