Worst shopping experience I've had. I returned shoes and they confirmed getting them on August 14th. After that, complete silence. No refund, no messages back on any platform I tried reaching them on. Can anyone who's been through this tell me how to get my money back?
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They don't give refunds. I got a defective bag and shipped it back. After tons of back and forth emails, I got confirmation they received my return on August 26th and said I'd get my refund in ten days. Then nothing at all. I've tried emailing them, messaging through social media, calling, and got nowhere.
This has been a terrible experience with a brand I actually liked. I ordered pants online and they never arrived. A month goes by and still no refund. They filed a claim with the carrier and got reimbursed themselves, but I'm still waiting for my money back. I won't be ordering from this site again.
DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM. I noticed some huge red flags but ignored them: their website didn't even have my size as an option while the physical store did, you can't have orders shipped to a store location, and they have no phone number listed anywhere. I wish I'd read all these reviews first. A delivery company failed to bring my order, nobody emails back, and whoever replied on messaging clearly doesn't care. I asked them to contact the carrier themselves since I never got my package, and they told me to file a police report for theft first and then maybe they'd help. That's blaming me for a package I never received. A real company would contact the carrier for proof of delivery. Plus I noticed one dress was over 10cm different in length from another identical size and model when I bought from the physical store. This feels shady and potentially fraudulent.
Getting a refund from this company feels impossible. I sent back my purchase through a major carrier and they got it on July 2nd. Since then I've tried reaching out via email and social media countless times with absolutely no response. I'm completely stuck and frankly furious. I won't be shopping here again and I'd tell anyone else to do the same. Update: Still sending messages daily and the only thing I hear back is that they're looking into it. I even sent them proof of delivery, so there's really nothing left to look into. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company to hopefully get this resolved. I've been trying to get my refund for six weeks now. I have tracking proof they got my returned coat. I see the same problems in all the other reviews here and I keep getting asked to be patient. But they're processing returns constantly so why does everyone have logistical issues? It's become a legal matter. I have consumer rights and I shouldn't have to fight for a refund from a company like this. Update: I contacted my bank and opened a dispute this morning. I got my refund tonight. If others do the same with their bank, you can probably get your money back too.
Expensive brand with disappointing support. Over the past couple weeks my orders got canceled with zero warning. One order came incomplete and when I asked what could be done they said I could place a new order but they wouldn't honor the discount I got before, just sorry about that. Half my other order arrived damaged and they wouldn't help me get a replacement at the original price.
