Even after their own support team confirmed the expiration, they continue selling it without concern. The product remains on their website. I asked multiple times for a replacement, but got stuck in endless back-and-forth conversations with no real resolution. After weeks of runaround, they finally said they couldn't ship a replacement to my location and wouldn't explain why. When I escalated my concerns, I was promised a refund check for around 45 dollars, but that also got delayed with excuses. Months have passed and they're now asking my bank for extra paperwork just to process a check for that amount. I'm furious about how I've been treated. This company operates with total disregard for customers and I strongly advise staying away from their products and services.

I bought sunscreen on their website using Apple Pay and got charged. An email confirmed the order was paid and being prepared. Now ISDIN is saying they never got the payment from Apple and refusing to send my product. That doesn't make sense. I run my own business and I know Apple handles the payment processing separately. They're blaming Apple and telling me to contact them, but Apple had nothing to do with this transaction between me and ISDIN. The bottom line is they have my money, won't send what I paid for, and won't refund me either. I'm going to have to deal with a chargeback because of their refusal to help.

My card was charged three times totaling over 440 dollars. I never got any products and nothing was removed from my shopping cart. ISDIN claims they have no record of any order. I reached out to their support team multiple times and got just one response saying it went to accounting. Their phone line voicemail is full. When I finally got someone on the phone, they said they'd escalate it to a supervisor. PayPal has also tried contacting them with no luck. It's been over a week now with no products and no resolution for the fraudulent charges.
