Jack Rogers Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Jack Rogers
Jack Rogers is rated 1.2 out of 5 by 15 shoppers, with the vast majority of reviews expressing serious dissatisfaction. The primary complaints center on a restrictive return policy that shoppers describe as inflexible and difficult to navigate, unresponsive customer service with no phone support, and quality control issues including products arriving damaged, soles detaching, and inconsistent material quality across identical styles. Multiple reviewers report that Jack Rogers either refuses returns entirely or limits customers to exchanges only, leaving them unable to get refunds for items that don't fit or perform as expected.
Shoppers also mention problems with order fulfillment, including items that were paid for but never shipped. The lack of accessible customer service channels (no phone line, unresponsive email) compounds frustration when issues arise. While some reviewers acknowledge receiving products without initial delivery problems, the overwhelming consensus is that Jack Rogers does not stand behind its merchandise or treat customers fairly when problems occur, making the shopping experience unreliable overall.

Sorted by: Most recentThe shoes arrived fine, but good luck getting them to actually process a return. I couldn't get past their system saying I was ineligible, and when Jack Rogers sent me some links to try, nothing worked. If the product doesn't work for you, Jack Rogers just doesn't care.
A couple years back I got the Derby silk sandals and bought three pairs total. Wore mine to an event and immediately regretted it. My other pairs in this same style are completely fine, but these were uncomfortable from the moment I put them on. The thong part is noticeably thicker and rougher than my other Jack Rogers sandals, and the finish feels unpolished. I tried moleskin padding but it was already too late, my feet were raw just from walking around inside before we even left. I had to go barefoot for the rest of the night. When I reached out to Jack Rogers about it, they basically said since I'd worn them, too bad. My sister's pair works okay for her, but mine were just a bad experience, and I haven't even gotten a chance to properly try on the third pair.
Awful product quality. The sole literally came off! I have photos to prove it.
Would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a full-priced sandal that didn't fit right, and when I asked about returning it, they basically refused. Their policy only allows exchanges or getting different shoes instead. It's a pretty unfair situation. On top of that, they completely ignore emails and there's no phone line to contact anyone. I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere because dealing with Jack Rogers will just leave you frustrated and angry.
Does anyone have a customer service number? I can't locate one anywhere on their site. And now that I've read through some of these reviews, I'm genuinely upset that I just bought a pair as a graduation present for my niece. I finished checkout yesterday before discovering a discount code I should have used. Hoping they'll see that and adjust my credit card charge for the difference.
Absolutely terrible experience. They charged me for a jacket and never even sent it. This is unacceptable. I need my money back immediately.
Same problems everyone else is having, both with the shoes falling apart and with getting basically no customer service. Their return window is thirty days from when you order, which sounds reasonable but then they take forever responding to your emails. I really can't recommend Jack Rogers anymore. I'm telling everyone I know to steer clear. The company has lost all pride in what they make. It's just about profits now.
Last year I splurged on a pair of their classic jacks for over a hundred dollars even with a sale discount. I was really looking forward to getting them. At first everything seemed fine, but after wearing them casually for just a week, they started coming apart at the seams. Both heels began pulling away from the sole, and the sole itself started separating on both shoes. One more wear and they completely fell apart and became unwearable. I've never experienced shoes falling apart this quickly or this badly. Jack Rogers used to have a reputation for durability, so this was shocking. Finding customer service was a nightmare in itself, and honestly I can't even locate their support contact info now. I sent several emails with photos attached showing the damage. Eventually they responded with a brief message offering either a refund of what I paid or a replacement. Since my size and style were sold out, they offered a different style at the same price point, so I gave them my choice and preferences.
Jack Rogers ranks among the worst companies I've dealt with. Their customer service is basically nowhere to be found, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of any issues. Even the shoes aren't great enough to make up for it. They texted saying something went wrong with my address in their system, but instead of actually explaining what happened, they were rude about it. I paid for shipping and they won't refund that either, which was all I was asking for. Over a month in and I still don't have the shoes I paid for. Now they're on sale and I feel like I got ripped off. Jack Rogers doesn't care about customers, only money. Their support team might as well not exist. If you're thinking about ordering from them, do your homework first. They make you email them, and here's the kicker, they literally tell you that if you email more than once they'll deprioritize your message. That's not customer service, that's hostile. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
Seriously, does this company even have customer service? I've tried emailing them and can't find a phone number anywhere. If you're going to be a business taking customer orders, you need to actually be reachable. They should either staff their support channels properly or stop advertising that they have them. This level of unprofessionalism is honestly disappointing.
