Bought three pairs of the Hunter Twill Camo pants and was extremely disappointed. After just a handful of washes, all three pairs literally fell apart at the seams around the pockets. The material quality is obviously cheap and sourced overseas on the cheap. It feels like Jay Jays doesn't really care about their customers, otherwise they wouldn't be pushing out this low-quality stuff. Really disappointed.

I bought a pair of Eden Baggy jorts for my daughter and they ripped at the seams within a month. When I reached out about it, I was told it wasn't defective and just normal wear and tear. We won't be shopping at this store again because of this experience.

I stopped by the Bendigo location and was welcomed right away with genuine warmth. The staff let me browse at my own pace without hovering over me, which I really appreciated. When I mentioned I was looking for jeans, a young employee asked what style I had in mind and offered suggestions based on the brand I was already wearing. He introduced himself and actually asked for my name, something that's never happened to me before. He showed me to the fitting rooms and brought some other pieces and discounted items to try. From the moment I walked in to when I left with my purchases, it was nothing short of exceptional service. He made the whole experience feel personal and special, and I'm really grateful for that.

Walked through the mall one Monday afternoon and found most of the women's fashion stores had really disappointing customer service. Jay Jays stood out though. The two young women working that day were fantastic and made the whole shopping experience great. Great job to them!

Jay Jays is my go-to for comfortable everyday wear, especially their hoodies and tracksuits. The fabric quality is fantastic and everything holds up great wash after wash. I placed an order online recently that took longer than expected, so I called them. They immediately sent out a replacement as express delivery and also investigated what happened to my original order. My new stuff showed up within a couple days. Their customer support really went above and beyond for me!
