Really disappointed with how small the packages are for what I'm paying. The jerky types aren't anything special either. You can walk into any grocery store and find these exact same products on the shelf. There's nothing unique or exclusive about what they send.

Ordered a three month subscription back in August as a gift for an anniversary. Their site said the first shipment would go out within a couple days, then the rest would ship around the middle of each month. My order went in mid-August but I didn't get my first delivery until late September. I reached out through email multiple times asking if my shipment was coming or if they even got my order. Radio silence. My third message asked for my money back and still nothing. Plus, the jerky itself wasn't special. Both boxes I received had stuff I can grab at any regular store down the street. Felt like throwing money away.

Starting from month two, this subscription has been a huge mistake. Never got my shipment for the second month. By month three with still nothing arriving, I started trying to email anyone I could find to get answers. Complete silence. Eventually a shipment did show up, but it was the exact same flavors from my first box. They claim you get four different flavors every month, but in the four months I've actually received packages, there have been repeats every single time. One month I got two bags of the same flavor. I've sent tons of emails to every address I could find and haven't gotten a single response. There's no phone number on their website so good luck actually talking to a real person about getting scammed. Also, pay attention to their serving size claims because each bag is one serving, which means you're getting like six or seven small pieces total. Even if you like the flavor, there's barely anything there to actually enjoy. Getting packages in the mail just reminds me of how much I'm being ripped off. Every delivery feels like another kick in the face for how this should have gone.

Super easy to place an order and my first box showed up quicker than I expected. Then about three weeks later, boom, another one arrived. That's actually a problem for me. Don't get me wrong, the jerky tastes amazing with really bold flavors. But if these keep coming this fast, I'm gonna have to bump up my order amount because these little bags run out way too quick for someone like me who's getting seriously hooked on having jerky delivered.
