Very let down by this service. I signed up for their backup plan several months ago but haven't gotten a single backup. All I get is emails every day saying backups failed. Getting any kind of customer service or even finding a way to contact them is basically impossible. I've spent countless hours trying to locate a phone number or live chat with zero luck. Overall, really disappointing experience. Can't recommend it to anyone.
