I bought 2 winter jackets from Joe Fresh. The quality is incredibly cheap and barely worth wearing once. I also bought 2 jackets from Old Navy at the same time, and there's no comparison. The Joe Fresh jackets are absolutely terrible quality. After just one wearing, lint covered the entire jacket and made it look awful and unwearable. The Old Navy jackets are still perfect. I will never buy clothing from Joe Fresh again.

My order never arrived and tracking said it was delayed. Tracking never got updated after that. More than a month has passed and now I'm moving, so if the package ever does show up I won't be there to get it. I've emailed twice and only got a response after I mentioned I might take legal action. I was told I'd hear back within a day or two but it's been 4 days. I also called a rep who said my case was escalated and I'd get a response within 24 to 48 hours, but that was also 4 days ago. Not worth your time.
