When the technician first showed up, he barely looked at the machine - just powered it on, glanced at the error code, and immediately started writing up paperwork. Only when I insisted he actually open things up and diagnose the problem did he do his job properly. Still charged me 100 and found nothing wrong! If I hadn't pushed back, he would've billed me for absolutely nothing. Their customer service ignores emails, texts, and calls. After following up repeatedly with zero response, I told them to keep the equipment. Six months of waiting and I could've bought a brand new machine with what I spent. Other reviews confirmed I'm not the only victim of this incompetent company.
I've spent over seven grand with this company and they're a complete joke. My 3700 dollar elliptical has had a brake malfunction since January and I've called over 30 times between their locations with zero results. People there just give you false promises. I was assured multiple times someone would handle it but my messages go unanswered. The machine's less than a year old and basically useless now. I'm still waiting for a warranty call from three months ago and can't believe they're still operating. All I want is the 5 year warranty they promoted to actually mean something. This has caused me so much stress and they should be ashamed. Buying at that big fair was a mistake I regret.
