By mid January it was falling apart and pilling up everywhere. Customer service told me to send it back. I tracked it and it made it to their warehouse by the end of the month. Since then I've been checking in regularly. I've been told over and over my money's coming. It's been almost four months now and nothing.
Placed an order from the newest catalog on March twenty fourth. By April seventh still no shipping notification. Called and found out the item was on backorder. How does something fresh from a brand new catalog end up out of stock? They said April twenty fourth. Today's May second and nothing. No updates either. Called again and now they can't tell me if it'll even come in. Why are they advertising products they don't have available???? Not just poor service but actually dishonest.
Would rate zero stars if I could. Don't buy from this place. I sent back two Christmas orders totaling around five hundred dollars because they didn't fit right and they confirmed getting them. I've called five times asking about my credit. Now it's April and still nothing, just promises that I'll see it in ten to fourteen days. They're acting unethically. Go somewhere else.
Returned a one hundred sixty dollar item right on time. It's been months since January ninth and I've called three times and emailed four times with no refund. I've purchased stuff from them before and was happy with the quality. Don't they want repeat customers? This is ridiculous.
Same problem here. My return's been acknowledged for at least six weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund. On top of that they charge you to send items back. I won't shop there again.
Honestly I'd give zero stars if possible, but I'll give one for their catalogs. For a company with this kind of heritage and reputation, their return process is absolutely terrible. Almost three months ago I bought over a thousand dollars worth of items and had to send back about half. I'm on week eight with no refund, no communication unless I reach out first. Customer service reps promise to personally handle it and follow up, then I never hear from them again. I call back days later and still nothing. Plus you're charged twenty five dollars to ship returns back. Between the merchandise, return shipping, and daily credit card interest on the full balance, this was supposed to be exciting but turned into a nightmare. This will be my last purchase from them.

The product listing for the cap claims it's manufactured in Ireland. But the label sewn inside says made in Poland. I mentioned this discrepancy in an email response through their contact form. Never heard back from them. They should definitely know where their stuff is actually made. Why misrepresent it? And why ignore customer questions?
Got a summer cotton shirt last week for one hundred dollars. It arrived with a dry clean only label. Called them and got transferred to customer service overseas who just repeats company talking points and doesn't actually help. Returns are basically impossible because they're designed that way.
