Their rep, Ana, was completely unhelpful and rigid, just parroting back the policies without actually listening or trying to work with me. Watch out! Everything's fine when you're paying, but the moment you need to exchange or return something marked final sale, you're on your own.

It's really THAT J Peterman! I was amazed they're still operating online. Their descriptions still sound like they're from the TV show. Now about the actual clothing. I recently got two dresses and a cardigan and couldn't be happier. Both dresses have princess seams, quality natural fiber material, and complete lining. I thought I'd never find well made affordable clothes like this again. The cardigan fits a woman's body perfectly with fitted shoulders and back but plenty of drape across the chest. Great tailoring makes a real difference. Clean construction reads as sophisticated and instantly slims you down. Give it a try. Late January update: I seriously wish I could add more stars. I needed another receipt and couldn't access the website. I sent a message and within a couple hours they texted me the link. Outstanding service and I absolutely love the quality of everything.

As for the actual clothes, I ordered two dresses and a sweater and I'm absolutely thrilled. The dresses feature princess seams, premium natural fiber fabric, and full lining. I'd practically given up finding quality pieces at reasonable prices. The sweater is cut beautifully for a woman's body with tapered shoulders and back, plus extra room in front. A well-fitting piece with clean details instantly makes you look taller and slimmer. Trust me on this. Update from late January: I'd give them more stars if I could.
