What Shoppers Say About Kiara Sky Nails
Kiara Sky Nails carries professional nail products including monomers, nail drills, and pre-made nails, but customer experiences are starkly divided. Shoppers who praise the products highlight excellent value and quality, particularly for their universal monomer, which some customers say is their preferred choice. However, a significant portion of reviewers report serious problems with durability, customer service, and order fulfillment. Common complaints include nails that break or fall apart within days despite being marketed for regular wear, nail drills that fail within a year and require expensive international shipping for repairs, faulty products with unhelpful support responses, and unresolved delivery issues where customers receive no tracking updates or refunds.
The most recurring issue across negative reviews is customer service responsiveness and problem resolution. Multiple shoppers describe difficulty getting replacements or refunds for damaged items, being asked for documentation that allegedly never arrives, and experiencing long delays in order processing and delivery. Customers also report frustration with the durability of products relative to price, particularly pre-made nails that do not hold up to regular wear. International customers face additional burden through costly repair shipping fees. The stark split in ratings suggests product quality may be inconsistent, or that customer service failures significantly impact otherwise satisfied buyers.

Sorted by: Most recentFantastic value on a high-quality universal monomer. This is the only one I use now.
The top coat from my order came faulty. When I reached out about it, they suggested putting the bottle in hot water for five minutes, which didn't work. I asked them to either send a replacement or issue a refund. Instead of helping, they asked for pictures. I sent a video multiple times but they kept claiming they never got it. That's as far as they would help. Really expensive stuff but the support was disappointing.
This company is unprofessional, operates at a snail's pace, and their customer service is basically nonexistent. I spent three hundred dollars on a professional nail drill that showed up damaged, and this was after sitting around for a week while they processed it and another week for delivery. They advertise a thirty day return window, but when I called to get a return label for the broken drill, they demanded I send them a video first. Really? I chose them specifically because I wanted quality equipment. Why would I be excited to keep something broken? Kiara Sky doesn't care about customers. They charge you immediately but take two weeks to deliver within the country and offer zero product guarantees. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You're better off saving your money and buying from a different nail supply company instead.
Got some nails for my sister as a gift and they fell apart way too fast. They only lasted about three days before the tips started breaking off. She wears nails regularly and can find cheaper options that actually last way longer. These aren't durable enough and the material is too thin. Not thick enough for regular wear. Won't be ordering from them again.
I'm located in Canada and while the machine itself works well initially, it doesn't hold up over time. Mine broke within a year. I've had to send it back to their California facility three separate times for repairs, and each time it cost me forty dollars just to ship it there. That's one hundred twenty dollars total in shipping alone. I got it on sale for around four hundred twenty-seven dollars to start. After three repairs and another issue popping up, they're now asking me to buy an additional warranty for sixty-nine dollars just to fix it again. Then I have to ship it back to California again, which takes over a month and costs another forty dollars. This whole experience feels like a complete scam. I'd tell anyone thinking about buying from this company to skip it and save yourself time and money.
I purchased an expensive item that I still haven't received. They said it would arrive four days ago but it never showed. Then they removed the delivery date and never gave me a new one. I emailed asking about it and heard nothing back. When I asked for a refund they said they can't do that since it's supposedly being delivered. But they refuse to tell me when it's actually coming. It's been weeks now!
I ordered on Friday and by Monday they said it was being processed. Tuesday came with a delay notification. Wednesday it finally shipped out. I was told it would take three to five business days. Then I got a notification it was arriving by four PM, but nothing showed up. When I checked the tracking it said to check back later. It's been two days with no updates. I've contacted their support several times and they say they don't have any package information. I also called USPS and they haven't even received it yet. This is really frustrating. Since my order was over one hundred dollars, they required a signature, so I've been home the whole time waiting. I spent good money with this company and got terrible support while my package sits somewhere lost. The tracking just shows it bouncing around the country, nowhere near my house.
The shipping fees are really expensive. Fifteen dollars seems like a lot to add on.
Haven't gotten my package yet but I want to praise their customer support team. I ordered products and shipping was fairly quick, but my package never made it to me even though it said delivered. Living in an apartment complex with mail lockers is annoying because FedEx refuses to use them and just leaves packages outside. I think FedEx might actually be stealing packages because mine rarely arrive and they never show proof of delivery anyway. Thankfully I had package protection on my order, so when mine disappeared they immediately replaced it and sent a new shipment. Their customer service was excellent about the whole thing!
Shipping takes way too long! My order over $100 qualified for free shipping but I really wish I had the choice to pay for faster delivery. Now I'm looking at 8 days just for them to pack and hand off to the carrier. I guess I'm spoiled by Amazon Prime at this point. I ordered from another nail brand the same day and got my stuff yesterday, so the difference is pretty noticeable.
