What Shoppers Say About NASH MONEY DESIGN
NASH MONEY DESIGN, which operates through kingsize.com, has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with a 1.3 rating based on 4 reviews. The primary complaints center on product quality and misrepresentation: customers report that advertised features such as wrinkle-free properties do not deliver, sizing claims do not match actual products (particularly for customers who are genuinely large-framed), and materials feel cheap with poor stitching. Beyond product issues, shoppers have encountered serious customer service and operational failures, including non-functional website payment systems, orders that never arrive, missing refund documentation, and confusing or unavailable exchange policies.
No reviewers reported positive experiences with this retailer. Customers expressed frustration not only with the products themselves but also with the company's apparent indifference to resolving mistakes and the difficulty in obtaining refunds or exchanges. The combination of quality control issues, sizing misalignment with the store's brand positioning, and unresponsive customer support suggests systemic problems rather than isolated incidents.

Sorted by: Most recentKhaki Pants Disappointed Me. Recently ordered khaki pants and they claimed to be wrinkle-free, which turned out to be totally false. Pull them from the dryer and they're covered in wrinkles. Plus the material feels cheap and the stitching looks like the worst I've seen in a long time. Honestly they'd be fine if you're just doing yard work or something. The one decent thing was that their custom hemming only cost seven fifty and they did a pretty decent job with that part.
Terrible Experience. Absolutely terrible. They don't seem to care about mistakes on their end. I can't even make a payment because their website keeps messing up. I placed an order and it never showed up. They also never sent me the paperwork they're supposed to send for getting a refund. Now they're saying I owe money for something I never got.
Don't Count on Exchanging Items. I got some shirts as a gift with a return label, and the person who gave them to me said I could swap them for different ones I'd actually like. I tried looking through their catalog and using their form, checked the website, and even called them up. After talking to someone in customer service, I realized their "exchange" isn't really an exchange at all. Basically you get stuck with two bad choices. First option: buy something new on the original giver's card, mail back what you don't want, and when they process the return, the refund goes back to their card. So the giver loses money depending on the price difference, whether they agreed to it or not. Second option: charge the new item to your own card, send back the original stuff, but the refund still goes to the giver's card. That means they get their money back and you're the one who paid for your new item. Neither one is actually an exchange. They won't let you just charge your card and have your refund go back to that same card. It's a broken system.
Name Doesn't Match the Product. They really shouldn't be calling themselves "King Size" or advertising their stuff with that name. We ordered light compression socks from them and bought their largest size available. My partner is a former football player who's genuinely a king size guy, tall with big calves and feet. The socks that showed up were absolutely useless. They'd probably work fine on a tall mannequin with thin legs, but not on an actual big guy. I get that compression socks need to be snug, but he couldn't even pull them halfway up his calves. We paid good money expecting premium quality and got something that fell way short.
