Honestly pretty let down by this place. Calling themselves dog friendly is a real stretch. Your pup can only hang out in the front area and your room, that's it. If you want to eat lunch or dinner, you're stuck in the lobby. Same deal if you fancy a drink at the pub. The staff just brings your order to you there. Nobody told us any of this before we booked or showed up, which made it even worse. The manager seemed sorry about it but couldn't really help. There are way better options out there that actually treat dog owners and their pets well. Skip this one and go somewhere that shows real Scottish hospitality instead of making you feel like a second rate guest.

Had such a lovely afternoon tea experience with my spouse. I got a gift card for afternoon tea and booked it online, which was simple and quick. A friendly gentleman welcomed us and got us settled at our table. The sandwiches and pastries were fantastic. The dining area was pleasant and spotless. Definitely worth checking out.

Just spent the weekend at a 5 star spot in London and honestly the service we got here yesterday and last night beat it by a mile. The team was warm and welcoming, and our room was immaculate and nicely put together. I've visited the Kingsmills multiple times over the years and keep coming back because it's a top tier establishment.

Absolutely fantastic two nights here. The crew went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable, treating us with genuine kindness and attention. The bedroom was big, clean, and really well done. Excellent all around.

Not a great time overall during our stay in the premium section of the property. The bathroom was freezing cold with zero heating, not even a towel warmer. The dining operation seemed understaffed and the people working seemed disengaged, honestly. We asked for a table and they basically ignored us for like 30 minutes before we had to go flag someone down. When the food finally showed up, it wasn't good. The rib eye we ordered looked more like a thin cut steak. Then we asked for dessert and they never brought it. Would suggest looking elsewhere for your stay.

What a great getaway at the Kings Club Suite. The room felt modern, bright, and roomy with nice furnishings throughout. Location is perfect, just a 10 minute stroll from the center of town in a safe neighborhood. Clearly a hotspot for golf lovers, and even though golf isn't my thing, there's something special about being nestled on and around the course. The breakfast hit the spot, and the team made us feel genuinely welcome and supported. I was especially grateful for how Kevin, the operations manager, really made an effort to ensure our time was fantastic. We'll absolutely come back and book the suites again. Top notch value for money and exactly the kind of break we needed. Thanks to the whole crew.
