What Shoppers Say About kittypooclub.com
Shoppers report serious concerns about Kitty Poo Club's billing practices and customer service. Multiple reviewers describe unauthorized charges after canceling subscriptions, difficulty reaching customer support, and feeling misled by product quality claims, particularly regarding leakproof packaging. One satisfied customer praised the service for reliable deliveries and proactive communication about product availability, noting they appreciated the advance notice before stock shortages.
The overwhelming majority of feedback centers on billing issues and unresponsive customer service, with reviewers characterizing the company as unreliable and not worth the premium pricing. While the subscription convenience appeals to some cat owners, the lack of accessible support channels and unexplained recurring charges have driven away multiple customers.

Sorted by: Most recentI shut down my subscription back in January 2025, but then they went ahead and charged my card again starting in June 2025 without asking me. You can't even reach an actual person to talk to. You just keep getting passed around and given the runaround. This business is seriously sketchy. Stay away from them if you can.
This litter subscription service has been pretty solid for me. They always send me a heads up when the brand my cat likes is going to be out of stock for a while. Back in 2021 it was out for about two months, so I grabbed some extra bags when they restocked and now I keep a backup supply around. I get that not everyone has room to store extra bags, and that could definitely be a problem if you don't have much space at home, but it works great for my situation. I haven't ever had to reach out to their customer service team and it's super simple to pause shipments whenever I want.
This company doesn't seem to care much about taking care of customers, and honestly the products just don't live up to what they promise. Sure, it's convenient to have stuff delivered, but when you look at what you're paying and how reliable it actually is, it's not worth the money. They advertise these boxes as leakproof, which apparently they're not. When I complained about it, they blamed my cats' bathroom habits and some design flaw that supposedly prevents them from being waterproof. Make that make sense - leakproof but also not leakproof? The boxes ended up destroying my brand new floors and they didn't even say sorry or try to fix things. I spent close to $900 on flooring damage with zero help from them.
