I bought these as gifts and they ran very large. They were marked down significantly, but when I tried to return them, I found out sale items can't be sent back. There was zero indication at the time of purchase that these were final sale. Shop somewhere that lets you return things. This ended up being a complete waste of money on items nobody can use, and honestly the quality wasn't even worth the sale price. I'm really upset. If something is final sale, that needs to be clear from the start. This kind of deception is wrong.

Purchased three medium t-shirts, all labeled the same size, but they're all different sizes. Two are supposed to be the exact same fit according to the website but clearly aren't. One size large fits like an extra large. When I tried to send them back, they refused. Now I have to take this up with my bank and consumer protection. Don't waste your money on this place.

Horrible customer service experience. They refused to help me out and insisted on shipping me a product I knew wouldn't fit instead of just swapping to the right size. Wouldn't you think they'd save themselves the shipping costs and just send the correct pair? It's frustrating. Honestly, you can find their stuff cheaper at actual boutiques anyway, so skip their website entirely.

I went to their UK website even though there's a London store, and at checkout they're adding an extra £83 in duty fees that you don't see until the very end. This is deceptive and I won't stand for it. We're reporting this as fraud to our credit card company and refusing to pay either the duty or the order. We're also done with this brand permanently.

I ordered for my country and had to pay an extra £125 in customs fees. The sizes weren't right, so I wanted to send them back but would have to pay another £125 to return them and then another £125 when new items arrived. Their customer service won't even discuss it or offer any kind of goodwill gesture. I can't recommend ordering from them at all.
