What Shoppers Say About Ksubi
Ksubi receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 22 shoppers rating the store 1.6 out of 5. The dominant complaint across reviews centers on restrictive return and exchange policies, particularly the refusal to accept returns or exchanges on sale items. Shoppers report that customer service representatives deny exchanges even for sizing errors, and multiple reviewers describe the sizing information provided on the website as inaccurate compared to actual product measurements. Shipping costs are cited as excessive. A small number of shoppers appear satisfied, but they represent a distinct minority among reviewers.
The policy frustrations are compounded by poor customer service responsiveness and a perception that the company prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction. Several reviewers express feeling misled or cheated, and some mention taking formal action to resolve disputes. The consensus among negative reviewers is that Ksubi is not a reliable retailer, particularly for online purchases where sizing cannot be verified before delivery.

Sorted by: Most recentI bought these as gifts and they ran very large. They were marked down significantly, but when I tried to return them, I found out sale items can't be sent back. There was zero indication at the time of purchase that these were final sale. Shop somewhere that lets you return things. This ended up being a complete waste of money on items nobody can use, and honestly the quality wasn't even worth the sale price. I'm really upset. If something is final sale, that needs to be clear from the start. This kind of deception is wrong.
I used to really like this brand, but my Black Friday order changed everything. The package took forever to get here, and when it finally arrived, the size and fit weren't what I wanted. Their jeans typically run small but these were way oversized. Like other retailers, they had a big sale, but you have to click an expand button to see their policy about no exchanges, no returns, and no store credit on sale items. Most people miss that. Plus, it's the holiday season when people are buying gifts without knowing exact sizes. Bottom line: only buy this brand in person so you can try things on first. This whole ordeal has really turned me off from them completely. Definitely buyer beware.
Purchased three medium t-shirts, all labeled the same size, but they're all different sizes. Two are supposed to be the exact same fit according to the website but clearly aren't. One size large fits like an extra large. When I tried to send them back, they refused. Now I have to take this up with my bank and consumer protection. Don't waste your money on this place.
Horrible customer service experience. They refused to help me out and insisted on shipping me a product I knew wouldn't fit instead of just swapping to the right size. Wouldn't you think they'd save themselves the shipping costs and just send the correct pair? It's frustrating. Honestly, you can find their stuff cheaper at actual boutiques anyway, so skip their website entirely.
There's no clear information about where their products ship from or what fees you might face as the buyer. When you visit their local website, you think you're buying directly from that country, but it's actually part of a bigger global operation. You're probably going to get hit with import fees and taxes from their shipping partner when your package arrives.
I went to their UK website even though there's a London store, and at checkout they're adding an extra £83 in duty fees that you don't see until the very end. This is deceptive and I won't stand for it. We're reporting this as fraud to our credit card company and refusing to pay either the duty or the order. We're also done with this brand permanently.
Really let down by this purchase. The jeans looked great at first, but after just six months they started fraying around the zipper in two spots. For the price I paid, these should have held up way better than they did.
I ordered for my country and had to pay an extra £125 in customs fees. The sizes weren't right, so I wanted to send them back but would have to pay another £125 to return them and then another £125 when new items arrived. Their customer service won't even discuss it or offer any kind of goodwill gesture. I can't recommend ordering from them at all.
Over time, these have become the first pieces I throw away from my wardrobe. The quality is disappointing across the board. I purchased a pricey tracksuit that had the top and bottom made with different dyes, so they don't even match as a set. After a year, the prints are peeling and flaking off everything. I'm done with this brand entirely. All my shirts from them have gone in the trash due to quality problems, and even the jeans fall apart first in the crotch area. You really don't always get what you pay for here. The company also has poor values. When I complained about the different dyes used in a matching set they're selling for that much money, all they said was that their buying team said that's just how it is. I told them to fix it before they put $400 tracksuits on the market.
