AVOID THIS BRAND - Third Set of Court Shoes Failed Me. I've now purchased three pairs of their court shoes and every single one scratches way too easily. The white leather is incredibly flimsy and deteriorates fast. I've been going back and forth with their customer service for months now. They constantly ask for additional details, then claim they can't locate my purchases in their system. Still no resolution or offer of any kind. Ever since the Chinese acquisition, customer care has gone downhill completely. It's ridiculous how they keep demanding order numbers from me. Who saves those? That information should already be in their database. I provided pictures of the labels and photos of both pairs as they requested, but they refused to help without order numbers. This company is nearly impossible to work with. Their public image seems polished, but their private communications tell a completely different story about how little they actually care.

Excellent experience with both the shoes and the service. I've picked up several pairs of K-Swiss trainers over the years, and my last three orders came straight from their website with shipment from Europe. Shipping was always reliable with great tracking and quick turnaround times. These trainers are built tough and perform well over time. Every size I ordered fit perfectly too.
