I'm based in the U.S. now and I've been hunting for a product from your Brazilian collection that I absolutely loved: the Anthelios Ultra Cover SPF 60, High Coverage Tinted Sunscreen in shade 3.0. This product is ideal for my skin because it provides serious sun protection and doubles as a foundation with excellent coverage. The consistency is thick and luxurious, and it gives a polished finish just like makeup. I tested the Light Cover option, but it wasn't for me. The coverage felt too sheer and didn't deliver what I needed. The Ultra Cover is special because of that heavier feel and the makeup-like result it creates. Since relocating to the U.S., I haven't been able to track down this specific version anywhere, whether in stores or online. I'd really appreciate if you could tell me if this item goes by a different name here in the states, whether I can purchase it through international shipping, or if there's an American version that offers the same high coverage and performance.

Please stop adding so much alcohol to your sunscreens. It's nearly impossible to find a single sunscreen in Europe that doesn't have massive amounts of denatured alcohol, and it's terrible for people whose skin reacts to it. I loved your Anthelios UVMune 400 Invisible Fluid Spf50+, but ever since you started putting alcohol in it, my skin has suffered. Using it causes painful cystic acne on my cheeks and whiteheads on my nose and forehead. I'm certain it's this product because my skin clears up the moment I stop using it. Please change the formula or I won't be able to buy your sunscreen anymore.

I'm talking about the customer service experience. The staff works in a super loud environment so you can barely hear anything they're saying, and they seem clueless about the actual products without looking everything up. This is a skincare brand, so you'd think they'd hire people who actually know what they're selling. It's a textbook case of putting profits over people.
