Don't bother with this. Bought two tablets as presents for my kids. After a month, the touchscreens completely stopped responding, wouldn't register anything at all. I spent over 100 euros on apps that are now useless. Total waste of money. The build quality is worse than cheap knockoff stuff from overseas. Honestly, I'd give this negative stars if I could.

Called them back, explained my situation with the newborn and everything going on, and they basically said that's your problem. They offered some discount like 20 or 30 percent off a new one, which was way too expensive. I don't get why they were okay accepting the replacement request initially but then changed their mind, especially since they had all the previous correspondence. Really let down by this.
