Seriously, don't purchase from this company. They only allow returns if your package hasn't been opened. Once you open it, good luck getting your money back, and chances are the item won't work anyway.

The led panel made a real difference for my skin concerns. I was feeling down about my acne and tried many different treatments, but this panel actually worked. I noticed clear improvements within a few weeks.

I posted a review last week but this needs to be said again. DO NOT spend money with this company. They will defraud you. They've been holding onto my payment for over a month for a light panel I ordered incorrectly and wanted to return. Their responses are weak and often nonexistent. There's a phone number listed but nobody answers and nobody calls back. I spent a lot of money on this item and they messed up the shipping, they know something went wrong and that I never got the product, yet they continue refusing to refund me. They're the absolute worst company I've dealt with in all my years of online shopping. I hope my experience saves someone else from going through this nightmare. Their last message said they're trying to figure out where the item is. They also said once I get it I can reach out about returning it. Yeah right. I'll just get the runaround like I'm getting now. This company is a disaster.

I emailed this company repeatedly about my split xl pad only working for 20 minutes before needing 8 hours to recharge. I included my phone number asking them to call me back, but they never did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY'RE A SCAM!

Don't order anything from this place. My product showed up with defects so I had to pay to send it back. They claimed they found no issues and I had to pay again to get it returned to me. They also don't publish customer reviews on their site, even though I submitted 2 of them. The customer service team ignores phone calls and takes forever to answer emails. This whole operation feels shady. DO NOT BUY.

The buying process was fantastic and I would've given five stars based on that alone. However, a year later my unit failed completely and the company's support vanished. I've tried reaching out multiple times through both email and phone to discuss repair options or warranty coverage, even offering to purchase a replacement at a discounted rate. No one has gotten back to me. That lack of follow-up support is why I have to give this the lowest rating. Really let down by their service.

The quality is subpar. They use painted copper instead of actual copper wiring. They market it as flexible but if you actually flex it, they say your warranty is void, so you can't bend it on your wrist, elbow, or knee. The chargers fall apart quickly and cost money to replace. Their customer support is not helpful. Instead of acknowledging product issues, they blame the customer. Skip this product entirely.

Absolutely terrible company! I cancelled my order within 60 minutes and they sent it anyway. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their website shows business hours but there's no phone line for support and they ignore your emails. You'd actually have better luck buying this product in a physical store where you can return it. UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great company and their salesman Dan is top notch. I reached out through chat and got a call back right away to talk through what I needed. Dan was friendly and really knew his stuff. He arranged a sample to arrive the next day which showed up on schedule and was carefully packaged. When I called back to place my order, Dan took care of everything and negotiated a solid discount for me. He guaranteed next day shipping again and absolutely came through. No complaints whatsoever about this company and major props to Dan. Definitely buying from them again.

LED Technologies recommended a specific control unit for our new construction lighting project and included installation instructions with a wiring diagram. We followed everything exactly as written, but then realized the units we received didn't match what their website described and weren't compatible with either the instructions or wiring diagram they gave us. When we pointed this out, they admitted their website description and documentation were wrong for the units they shipped, but they wouldn't provide a working alternative or offer any refund or credit. They basically said sorry and moved on. We're stuck in this mess because they gave us the wrong equipment and wrong instructions in the first place.
